Main event money! Paddy Pimblett reveals he spent $150K on UFC 324 tickets for family and friends | UFC on Paramount+

Published:

This weekend’s event will be UFC’s exciting debut on Paramount+ and the promotion has tasked Pimblett and Gaethje with main event duties. That’s a lot of responsibility and pressure for both lightweights, especially for Pimblett considering he’s never headlined a UFC event before. It’s a big opportunity for “Baddy,” but a marquee spot that he seems locked in for.

In fact, Pimblett splurged on some UFC 324 tickets for family and friends so they can watch his fight with Gaethje up close and personal. The surging lightweight contender purchased 250 tickets in total for a whopping $150,000. In Pimblett’s last fight at UFC 314 he reportedly eclipsed $500,000 in total salary, but buying 250 tickets for UFC’s debut on Paramount+ was still a big-time move.

Pimblett revealed his pricey purchase during Friday’s UFC 324 early weigh ins show. See below:

Pimblett, 31, brings an undefeated 7-0 UFC record into this weekend as he looks to push his UFC stock to new heights. If “Baddy” is able to make easy work out of Gaethje and walk away with a UFC title (albeit an interim one at that) the ticket prices for his next Octagon appearance will be sure to go up.
