Deontay Wilder and Derek Chisora will meet on April 4 at the O2 Arena, live on DAZN pay-per-view.
Chisora has been searching for the 50th and what he claims will be the final opponent of his career and will now tackle former heavyweight world champion, Wilder.
The bout was expected to land on Sky Sports and be promoted solely by Kalle and Nisse Sauerland, but KSI’s MFPro – who the Sauerlands work alongside – will lead the promotion alongside Frank Warren’s Queensberry, with DAZN broadcasting on pay-per-view.
Wilder was linked with a bout against unified heavyweight world champion, Oleksandr Usyk.
The 40-year-old will instead fight for the 50th time himself and for the second time in the UK.
‘The Bronze Bomber’ ended a run of two straight losses to Joseph Parker and Zhilei Zhang respectively by bouncing back with a seventh round stoppage of Tyrrell Herndon in June.
Former world title challenger, Chisora has won three on the spin since a 10th round loss to Tyson Fury in their third fight and was last out in February, outpointing Otto Wallin in Manchester.
“For him to win this fight, he has to knock me out,” Chisora told talkSPORT.
“If he can’t do that, in round 10 or 12, I’m going to eat him up.

“That’s how I train.
“I just finished sparring right now and I ate the guys up and I haven’t sparred for almost six months.
“I like to fight. I like pain. I like everything.
“If the fight does happen, he’s going to get laid out.”

The pair went face-to-face at an IBA Pro event in Istanbul in December and will come head-to-head once again next week at a press conference to formally announce the showdown.
British cruiserweight champion, Viddal Riley who signed with MF Pro after leaving BOXXER, will feature on the card, with an opponent to be confirmed.
