Jake Paul’s team have confirmed they are pursuing legal action following his loss to Anthony Joshua.
Paul faced off with two-time heavyweight world champion Joshua on Friday.
‘The Problem Child’ surprised many. He lasted until the sixth round before eventually being knocked out.
Paul was dropped four times before the stoppage came in the sixth.
MVP’s CEO Nakisa Bidarian spoke to Ariel Helwani and revealed that he and his team will be pursuing legal action.
“Our lawyers are actively going after a number of people, one who claims to be a lawyer himself online… it was a post that had around 200k likes. Basically, the post claimed there was an agreement for AJ not to knock out Jake, but AJ disregarded it and decided to forego his payday to knock out Jake Paul. It’s pretty, pretty astonishing what people will say.”
Many reacted to the stoppage online and were disappointed with how the fight played out.

Another slammed ‘The Problem Child” on X
“How the f*** do you make so much money doing nothing? You just keep dropping to your knees. Its obviously a rigged fight. Neither one of yal throwing punches.”
Paul’s team have pursued legal action in the past very publicly.
UFC President, Dana White reacted to the threats of legal action on Logan Paul’s podcast – IMPAULSIVE.
“You know what’s funny about your brother? So your brother talks more shit than anybody else on the planet. Now him and the warlock [Nakisa Bidarian] are running around trying to f*cking sue people? They’re trying to f*cking sue people? When people talk shit.”
Nevertheless Paul and Joshua put on a spectacle with Netflix releasing the viewing figures following the final bell.

This figure is close to Netflix’s September event between Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford. that reached over 43,000,000 concurrent viewers.
Over 15,000,000 watched Alycia Baumgardner vs Leila Beaudoin in just another example of MVP and Paul’s strides to improve the sport of women’s boxing.
