Jake Paul’s return timeline teased and three interesting opponents named

Published:

Jake Paul’s impact in boxing continues to grow, as does the impact of Most Valuable Promotions, especially on women’s boxing. MVP recently announced their first-ever event in the UK, live on Sky Sports from the Olympia in Kensington, London. Paul recently faced Anthony Joshua in a huge event on Netflix. According to a post on Netflix’s social media accounts, 33 million viewers around the world tuned in to see the clash.

While in London for the launch press conference for their April 5 show, Bidarian spoke to a media scrum, including Fight Hub TV, where he discussed a likely timeline for Jake Paul’s return, while naming the three most interesting fights for Paul.

Nakisa Bidarian teases 2026 return for Jake Paul

Talking in the media scrum, Bidarian addressed the return of Paul:

“I think he’s doing really well. He’s focused on coming back in August. I think the realistic timeline is anywhere from August to November, and look, we wouldn’t be here without Jake Paul. He’s the one that gave the platform and the opportunity to these women to make us have the ability to sign all these women, and his impact is ever-present.

“I need to sit down with Jake properly, we’ve met once since the fight, to see what his path is over the next three to five years. I will say he’s shown that he does all types of fights. Of course, it’s nice to do big, massive events and make big, massive money, but he has goals to be a champion.

“He has goals to get the loss back against Tommy Fury, so that’s all on the table,” said Nakisa Bidarian.

Three ‘interesting’ opponents named for Jake Paul

When asked who the more likely opponents are for Jake Paul, Bidarian said: “The most obvious is Tommy Fury. That’s a fight that should be made if Tommy’s reasonable in terms of what the terms are for the fight. I think Viddal Riley’s an interesting fight. I think Darren Till’s an interesting fight. Those three names come to mind as interesting fights.”
