Will it be enough? Ari Emanuel confirms UFC White House card to feature ‘approximately 6 to 7 fights,’ shuts down President Trump’s 100,000-seat stadium

The UFC’s upcoming White House card will be a massive event to say the least, but it may not be as deep of a card as originally expected.

With little information about the actual fight card UFC fans have been left to draw their own conclusions and figure out how it will look. Both Trump and UFC play-by-play guru, Jon Anik, have both suggested that the White House card will feature “6 or 7 undisputed title fights,” but that now appears to be way off (if you actually believed that in the first place).

According to TKO CEO and Chairman, Ari Emanuel, the upcoming UFC White House card remains a work in progress, but will only feature “approximately 6 to 7 fights” in total. Emanuel also clarified that the event will not feature a 100,000-seat stadium that was previously proposed by Trump.

“He’s counting the fan fest in that,“ said Emanuel during a recent appearance on The Pat McAfee Show. “At the White House, I think it’s 3,000-4,000 [people in attendance], and then there will be other areas [to watch the fights].”

“Dana’s working on it right now. There’s going to be, approximately, six to seven fights, June 14. He hasn’t said to us what the card is going to be, but I know they’re working pretty hard at it right now.”

What do you think, Maniacs? Is 6-7 fights enough for this once-in-a-lifetime event or is the ball being dropped by those in power?
