Holy KO! Undefeated Russian fighter hits walk-off suplex knockout to win world title | Video

Published:

Fight fans witnessed a true combat rarity earlier today (Sat., Feb. 14, 2026) at Naiza FC 81 from Kostanay, Kazakhstan, as undefeated Russian fighter Ramadan Gasanov delivered a walk-off suplex knockout that left his opponent completely unconscious.

Saturday’s mixed martial arts (MMA) docket was scarce given the double holiday weekend, but that didn’t stop Naiza FC from putting on another show overseas. In turn, this allowed hardcore fight fans the opportunity to see one of the most unique finishes in all of MMA, which is the suplex knockout.

The stoppage occurred with just over two minutes left in the very first round. Gasanov was able to grab a hold of Vitor along the cage with both hands and proceeded to launch him into the air with a perfectly-executed suplex. Vitor appeared to try to grab the cage to prevent the slam, but it was too late. Gasanov went full beat mode and slammed Vitor onto the canvas, knocking him out cold and walking off into the sunset with the Naiza FC welterweight title in tow.

Check it out below and let us know where this ranks among MMA’s best knockout slams!
