UFC bantamweight Bryce Mitchell is known for his controversial opinions on a number of topics. The outspoken 31 year-old Arkansas native may be more well known for what he says outside of the octagon than for what he does in it.
Olympic gold medalist and former two-time heavyweight boxing champion Anthony Joshua was involved in a deadly car crash in Nigeria on Monday leaving two of his inner circle dead. Joshua suffered non-life threatening injuries in the accident and was lucky to escape with his life.
Nine days earlier, Joshua defeated influencer-turned-boxer Jake Paul at the Kaseya Center in Miami, Florida. “AJ” connected with a right hand during the sixth round that sent Paul to the canvas for a fourth time breaking his jaw. Mitchell tied the win over Paul to the tragic car accident in a social media post on Tuesday.
“Jake and Logan both made fun of me. (because im “racist and evil”) funny how they say they love Jesus but post gay shit all day. their fites r fixed, wake up,” Mitchell posted on Instagram along with a video.
“Hey, if you don’t let Jake Paul win, he’s going to kill you nine days later, or just kill your two best friends. But somebody’s going to die if you don’t let him win,” Mitchell said in the video.

Mitchell made national news last January for controversial statements about Adolf Hitler during the first episode of his podcast, ArkanSanity. Mitchell’s comments about Hitler drew a reaction from UFC CEO Dana White.
“We’re disgusted by it,” White said at the time. “We don’t have to agree with it, we don’t have to like it. I’m giving you mine, and the UFC’s position on what he had to say.”
