Dillian Whyte didn’t hold back on Lawrence Okolie in a recent interview.
Whyte was unimpressed by Okolie opting to help Jake Paul in his latest camp.
Okolie was a part of the camp in Puerto Rico preparing to face two-time heavyweight world champion Anthony Joshua.
Paul and Okolie shared some rounds together with ‘The Problem Child’ claiming the Brit in fact gave him a black eye in a clip from Adin Ross’ live stream.

‘The Body Snatcher’ spoke to IFLTV and conveyed his disappointment.
“Why did Lawrence Okolie go to help Jake to get ready for ‘AJ ‘when ‘AJ’ is the one that burst Okolie on the scene and gave him a name on the scene?
“That’s mad, there’s no loyalty in the scene at all. I don’t like Okolie, he’s a snake, he’s a rat. There’s no loyalty in this scene.”

Joshua made light work of Paul dropping him multiple times before stopping him in the sixth round.
Paul suffered a broken jaw in two place after the shot that ended the fight.
Okolie, formerly managed by Joshua’s 258 management and promoted by Matchroom Boxing, revealed he was still friends with ‘AJ’.
“As people, me and Joshua are still friendly. He’s someone that no matter what happens going forwards, I’m always going to have respect for,” Okolie told The Sun.
“My life has changed through his life if that makes sense. That’s something I’ll never take away from. Business is business.
“It is what it is.
“AJ is a fighter who understands certain things not like someone like Eddie [Hearn] – who has never been in a ring – will understand.”

Despite publicly slamming him Whyte stated he remains uninterested in a fight with someone he views has a “negative” style after turning down a fight with Okolie in late 2025.
‘The Bodysnatcher’ was last in action in August where he was stopped in a round by heavyweight starlet Moses Itauma.
Itauma was far too quick and strong for Whyte in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Whyte spoke on a return at some point in the year and named two potential opponents he’d like to face – two former world champions.
“There’s a couple of guys left from my generation I haven’t fought, Wilder is one of them. Wilder and Andy Ruiz, I would love to fight those guys.”
