Biggest Winner: Sean Strickland
Strickland put on one of the better performances of his career against Hernandez, showing off his striking attack throughout the three rounds of action before delivering a brutal knee to the body that spelled the beginning of the end for “Fluffy.” Once Strickland saw Hernandez was hurt, he put his foot on the gas pedal and unleashed a barrage of strikes on Hernandez up against the cage that ultimately secured him the huge win. Just like that ‘Tarzan” is right back in the championship mix, though he will likely need at least one more huge win to seriously put him in contention. Strickland ends Hernandez’s eight-fight win streak, in the process, which is a great confidence booster for the outspoken Middleweight.

Runner Up: Uros Medic

Biggest Loser (s): Geoff Neal and Dan Ige
It wasn’t a good night for both Neal and Ige thanks to crucial knockout losses. Ige was stopped by Melquizael Costa in the very first round due to a precise spinning back kick, while Neal fell victim to Uros Medic’s dangerous left hand that ended his night. Both men have now lost two straight and have each lost four of their last five outings inside the Octagon. That type of run puts them on edge knowing they could receive their walking papers.
