Two big main events announced for UFC ‘Fight Night’ cards in April including Sean Brady vs. Joaquin Buckley

Published:

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) recently announced a pair of headlining acts for two of its upcoming “Fight Night” events at Meta Apex on Paramount+ in April.

First up is the UFC Fight Night 115 card on April 4 featuring Renato Moicano vs. Chris Duncan. Moicano (20-7-1) needs a win to keep himself in the lightweight Top 10 after dropping back-to-back losses to Islam Makhachev (UFC 311) and Beneil Dariush (UFC 317).

Duncan (15-2) has yet to crack the 155-pound rankings but certainly not for a lack of trying. “The Problem” is the winner of four straight, including his submission victory over Terrance McKinney at UFC 313 in Las Vegas, pushing him to 6-1 inside the Octagon.

Following that will be the welterweight clash between Top 10 contenders Sean Brady and Joaquin Buckley at UFC Vegas 116 on April 25. Brady (18-2) is looking to rebound from his technical knockout loss to 170-pound wunderkind Michael Morales at UFC 322 last fall.

Similarly, Buckley (21-7) is trying to get back into the win column after dropping a unanimous decision loss to former welterweight champion Kamaru Usman atop the UFC Atlanta lineup back in June 2025. Looks like we’ll finally get to verify those “quitter” claims.

Expect more UFC fight card announcements for both events in the coming weeks.
