If fight fans needed any more proof that former UFC double champion Conor McGregor was on his way back to the Octagon then they should look at UFC’s drug-testing results for 2026.

According to the official UFC drug-testing database, McGregor is the most tested fighter on the roster to start the new year. In total, the Irish superstar has been tested three times, despite not having competed since a TKO loss to Dustin Poirier back in 2021. In case you forgot, McGregor is still serving a 18-month suspension dished out last year after missing multiple drug tests dating back to 2024.

McGregor’s official 2026 drug-testing numbers are below:

McGregor, who has never failed a UFC drug test, responded to the numbers by praising himself. Check it out below:

“Well no surprise there,” wrote McGregor via X. “As always, the most tested.”

As mentioned, the 37-year-old McGregor hasn’t competed in nearly five years. That’s a long layoff for any fighter, especially one who has so many hobbies outside of the sport. McGregor has been rumored to make his return at UFC’s White House event this June, but it’s anyone’s guess when “Notorious” will actually return.

At least we’ll know if he’s clean or not.
