UFC fighters react to Arman Tsarukyan and Georgio Poullas brawl at RAF 6

Published:

Arman Tsarukyan‘s inactivity in the UFC has unearthed a hilarious side of the fighter. His many side quests away from the octagon have featured a selection of hilarious and unforgettable moments, and his appearance on the RAF 6 card was no different.

Tsarukyan can comfortably say he is one of the best grapplers in the sport, and has been keeping himself busy with Real American Freestyle wrestling matches while he waits for his future in the UFC to provide a clearer path. On Saturday night, he put his wrestling ability to the test against Georgio Poullas, and despite battling to a hard-fought 5-3 victory, a fight ensued afterward that caught the world’s attention.

Without a second thought, once the bout came to an end, Arman Tsarukyan unleashed a barrage of strikes on Poullas, who had been taunting and disrespecting the UFC fighter for the majority of their match.

The clip went viral and has single-handedly made Real American Freestyle more mainstream, and elevated its product to a much more interesting one for the casual fan.

Both men have since spoken out, sharing their views on how the events unfolded and adding even more fuel to the fire of their ongoing rivalry.

Alongside fans, the Tsarukyan and Poullas post-fight brawl garnered the attention of UFC fighters, who had much to say. Fan-favorite Sean O’Malley was front and center to witness the altercation and loved what he was spectating. O’Malley would later make a hilarious skit about how it feels to be a first-time watcher of an RAF event.

The always-fun Terrance McKinney likened the attack to “roid rage,” while former UFC champion Belal Muhammad sided with Tsarukyan, saying, “Arman don’t play haha.”

Bellator veteran Cody Bollinger labeled Arman Tsarukyan “a menace,” while also claiming that his opponent, Georgio Poullas, was exposed by the MMA fighter.
