Former UFC champion: ‘I do believe Conor McGregor will be on the White House fight card’

Published:

Former two-division UFC champion Conor McGregor has repeatedly claimed that he’s going to be featured on the UFC fight card at the White House in June.

Most people are skeptical of the Irishman’s claims but a former UFC champion believes McGregor is a lock for the historic event.

“I do believe that Conor McGregor will on the UFC White House card,” Michael Bipsing said on his YouTube channel. “As we know, McGregor has been at the White House recently. He’s showed up a couple of times. He was on FOX Sports, or Fox News talking about it, saying it’s a done deal. I will be fighting at the White House.”

“Done deal. Signed a delivered. It ain’t a negotiation. It’s a done deal. Signed and delivered,” McGregor said during a recent segment on FOX’s Hannity. “McGregor will compete in the White House.”

It’s been nearly five years since McGregor stepped foot inside the octagon. He’s teased a return every step of the way but a fight has not materialized. Bisping thinks that’s about to change.

“As we know, Conor McGregor, who recently got married. Who’s had a transformation. He went down to Peru or somewhere and he did Ayahuasca, and he went on a spiritual journey. He’s a changed man. He’s born again,” said Bisping.

“Fair play to the guy. And I’ll tell you what, when you do see clips of him online, he does look healthier. He does look less puffy, and you see clips of him out there training. The man is getting ready for something.”
