Disaster has already struck UFC’s upcoming White House event and the fight card hasn’t even been announced yet.

Earlier this week, UFC CEO Dana White confirmed that the full White House lineup will be revealed during tonight’s (Sat., Mar. 7, 2026) UFC 326 broadcast on Paramount+. It was supposed to be a momentous occasion as UFC’s White House card is expected to be one of the biggest combat sporting events of all time. Unfortunately, that doesn’t mean the card is immune to shakeups.

On Friday night, an excited White took to social media to give fight fans a sneak peak into Saturday’s announcement. White revealed that the White House card is officially being called “Freedom Fights 250” and that it will feature two UFC title fights (less than expected, but still a welcomed sights for fight fans). Just a few hours later and the card already had its first cancelation.

Fight fans originally noticed something was amiss on stage during UFC 326’s ceremonial weigh ins when Hunter Campbell broke bad news to fellow UFC matchmakers Mick Maynard and Sean Shelby. Nobody looked happy and Maynard’s reaction has fight fans worried that a big fight has fallen through. Check it out below:

Unless you’re a professional lip reader it’s hard to tell what the three matchmakers are actually talking about. That was until Dana White went live on Instagram Friday night and confirmed a White House fight had crashed and burned. Check it out below and let us know who you think has pulled out of “Freedom Fights 250” this June.

“We’ve been working on this nonstop,” said White. “One of the fights literally just fell out when I walked in here. I think Hunter killed himself.”
