Professional Fighters League (PFL) today announced the promotion’s return to Chicago’s Wintrust Arena on Sat., April 11, 2026 with former Bellator Bantamweight Champion and No. 1 ranked Sergio “The Phenom” Pettis (25-7) taking on undefeated rising contender “Merciless” Mitch McKee (10-0) in the 135-pound main event.
PFL Chicago will air in the U.S. on ESPN2, the ESPN App and ESPN Deportes.
The PFL Chicago co-main event features a middleweight showdown pitting No. 4 ranked Jordan “Not Human” Newman (8-0) against No. 7 ranked Josh “Coninha” Silveira (15-5). Pre-sale tickets are available now to PFL newsletter subscribers. Tickets for the general public go on sale this Friday (Feb. 20) on Ticketmaster.
“We’ll be sitting down with [ESPN] and talking with them about what their needs are,” Martin told NY Post. “They used to have the UFC; now, they don’t. I would expect and hope that they want to remain in the combat sports category. And if so, I think we’re the best partner to work with. And I think, from my perspective, having a really strong partner in the U.S., or potentially globally, is critically important as we think about making our company continue to grow at a rapid pace.”
