Rodolfo Bellato played spoiler earlier tonight (Sat., March 7, 2026) at UFC 326 LIVE on Paramount+ from inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nev., as the former Contender Series winner stopped debut favorite Luke Fernandez with a nasty first-round TKO (punches).
Fernandez came into Saturday’s “Prelims” opener as a sizeable betting favorite and for good reason. He looked like a world beater on Contender Series last October and Bellato hasn’t looked all that great over his first few UFC appearances. However, what was supposed to be a coming out party for Fernandez quickly turned into an upset for “Trator.”
Bellato ate some heavy shots in the early going that bloodied his face pretty badly. Fernandez looked completely dialed in and on his way to an early finish, but Bellato fired back with a perfectly-timed left hook inside that clipped Fernandez and sent him toppling to the canvas. Bellato jumped on top for heavy ground-and-pound before the referee eventually peeled him off.
