The highly-anticipated UFC White House event may have just hit another level.

According to President of the United States, Donald Trump, the upcoming UFC card will feature a stadium in front of the White House that will hold up to 100,000 people. Trump didn’t offer any additional details about the proposed structure, but with less than five months before the UFC White House card unfolds construction may need to start soon.

On Friday, Trump spoke with reporters to announce that Washington D.C. will also host an IndyCar race on the city streets this August. This event adds to the overall celebration of America’s 250th anniversary this summer, which prompted Trump to bring up the UFC White House card and mention plans to build a 100,000-seat stadium.

“UFC is coming as you know in front of the White House,“ said Trump. “They’re building literally a stadium. We’re going to have over 100,000 people.”

If this is actually going to happen it would be incredible. Remember, UFC CEO, Dana White, already confirmed that the promotion will set up shop at a nearby park to host 85,000 UFC fans. White and company are trying to take over Washington D.C. and give fight fans an experience they won’t forget, especially considering the actual UFC White House event will be invite only.
