‘We’ve been busy!‘ On the heels of capturing Conor Benn, Zuffa Boxing reveals full roster of signed fighters

Zuffa Boxing is showing off.

Not long after the TKO-backed promotion snatched Conor Benn from Eddie Hearn and Matchroom Boxing, the promotion released its current roster of signed fighters. Whether or not the names on this list impress you may depend on how much you know about the “sweet science.”

Like most mixed martial arts (MMA) fans, I’m only familiar with the big names … and I don’t see many of those here. Judging by the comments in the X post, it would appear I’m not alone.

Have a look:

Expect more signings in the coming weeks.

Zuffa Boxing is being built from the ground up, which is why fight cards are hosted at Meta Apex and populated with (primarily) up-and-coming fighters — though veteran mouthpiece Max Kellerman will try his damndest to convince you that every pugilist who steps foot inside the Zuffa ring is the next Roy Jones Jr.

“Here’s the new game,” Kellerman said about Zuffa Boxing on Game Over. “And guys like Eddie Hearn or Oscar De La Hoya who are flailing and insulting Dana White and Nick Khan, I don’t know why you’d pick those two guys to have a fight with. You really don’t want it. What they haven’t understood is, the game is already over. They just don’t know it. Game over. And my best advice to them would be, don’t talk wild on a Monday and literally cry on a Tuesday when you take a loss. What you should be doing is literally minding your business.”

Zuffa Boxing returns on March 8 for the cruiserweight title fight between Jai Opetaia and Brandon Glanton.
